Excellent choice. The condo is very close to all the attractions in Breckenridge, including restaurants, the ski area, and more. It’s a great size for a group of friends, and on top of that, the owners provided excellent service. We were all delighted with the place.

Absolutely fantastic summer stay at this family-friendly condo in Breckenridge! The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable and spacious rooms that perfectly suited our family’s needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the living area was cozy and inviting. Having the pool and hot tubs nearby was a great addition to the place.

Outstanding location, very comfortable beds and all the amenities for a great stay (high end appliances, ski locker, extra towels, etc.). This unit is close to restaurants, rental shops, general/liquor store and a short walk to lifts. We are ready to book again for next year. The host was prompt in answering all of the questions. Overall excellent stay.

Our family of 4 decided to book this vacation home last minute and we’re so happy with our choice. The condo immediately felt cozy and clean like we were at home. It had a beautiful view of the mountains, golf course, and chairlift. The communication with the property management was perfect. 5 stars! We will be coming back to this exact unit again in the future at borders lodge!

This place was great especially in terms of location. It was walkable to different restaurants and shopping stores. It had quite a few pools, gym and steam room so for us it was great to spend time in the evening by the pool. The place that we rented had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was pretty clean and organized. Price was reasonable as well.

The entire experience could not have been better. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The family was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We were so happy with our stay at this property in Breckenridge. The unit was beautifully decorated, roomy, clean, and had everything we needed for preparing meals. Once we parked our car in the parking garage, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go because of the convenient location. The pool for the property is large and there are four hot tubs to accommodate guest. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay here again!

“Excellent location. Private and quiet, while still very close to the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was spotless and had all of the necessary accessories. The living room has a full size pull out sofa. The room with the bunks does not have a window but it does have a fan and a portable AC unit which kept the room cool in the summer. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with all of the amenities listed. Overall excellent unit, would highly recommend and would love to stay again when we’re back in the Vail area.”

Excellent place. Definitely would stay here again. Exactly as described. Comfortable. Within walking distance or 3 minute shuttle ride to the ski lifts. Elkhorn lift is right outside, but wasn’t open much of our stay, unfortunately. Condo had everything needed for a stress free ski vacation, including lockers for our gear. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hot tub was hot and relaxing after skiing. Thanks for a great trip!

We had such a great stay! The unit was very comfortable. The ski-out/ski-in was convenient and fun. A short walk to equipment rentals and excellent restaurant options. Host was responsive and helpful.

Zenith was excellent at communicating with us, and very helpful with exchanging dates when race coordinators changed the race dates!! The location of this condo is excellent and we stay here every year for ski races, and will do so again next year!

Easy check in; pictures are accurate; beautiful place and great location. All you need in Lionshead, but Vail Village is only a short bus ride. Bus stop is super close to the lobby. Would definitely return.

Our family stay including 2 kids couldn’t have been better. Ideal location to town and Peak 9 lifts (5 minute walk at most). Clean and safe accommodations. Washer and dryer was so incredible to have. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for having us.

Nice place with a large common living area, access to the pool and hot tub and underground parking included. You can’t beat this location for skiing in Breckenridge that is right on the Main Street with many restaurants and bars

Our family had a wonderful stay here for Spring Break! It was the perfect ski in and ski out for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the location was incredible. Definitely a great find, and would absolutely stay here again! Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The location of The Charter is excellent – it’s about a 5 minute walk to the Beaver Creek Village. We accessed hiking right from the Condo.
